Digital Healthcare Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Architect to lead the technical design and development of engaging, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences that support patients and caregivers throughout the continuum of care. This role requires strong front-end software development expertise combined with an understanding of healthcare data standards and privacy and security requirements.

About the Role

• Lead the technical design and development of responsive, accessible front-end interfaces for web and mobile health applications.
• Implement and leverage development and test tools and utilities that integrate cutting-edge methodologies in automated generation of technical requirements, code, and testing protocols, enhancing developer efficiency and organizational productivity.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and healthcare data systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.

Requirements

This position requires strong leadership, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise to ensure successful delivery of initiatives while optimizing program performance and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and ~7+ years of experience in front-end development with demonstrated healthcare domain knowledge.
