As the Senior People Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining a thriving organizational culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work across core people functions, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Talent Development, and Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Your impact

  • People Operations : Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Contribute to the development and maintenance of people policies, ensuring compliance with global labor laws. Use data to provide insights and inform decisions on engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Talent Management : Work with the VP of People and Hiring Managers to identify skill gaps and meet business objectives. Assist in workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.
  • Learning and Development : Design and lead impactful L&D programs to support employee growth. Facilitate workshops, training, and mentorship. Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and align with business goals.
  • Talent Development : Improve performance management processes. Collaborate with managers and employees to create personalized career plans. Promote succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture : Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration, and inclusivity. Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar roles, preferably in tech-driven environments.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, learning & development, and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices with a global perspective.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics.
  • Passion for fostering inclusive and innovative cultures.
