What we expect from you in terms of

Education

• Ideally, higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar

Languages

• Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

• A few years of relevant experience with HCM and/or SuccessFactors
• Experience focusing on personnel/organizational administration, payroll & time management is desirable
• Experience with recruiting & onboarding, training, performance & goals, as well as travel & expense management is a plus
