We are seeking a professional with management expertise, a clear orientation towards quality service, and a focus on fulfilling the organization's mission and improving results.

The Assistant / Gerència will support the General Manager in preliminary analysis and decision-making in operational, economic, and expansion areas.

Main functions

  1. Drive management policies that ensure the proper functioning and continuity of operations across all areas and centers of the organization, maintaining high standards of quality, perceived quality, and efficiency.
  2. In the economic sphere, ensure the reliability of financial information, oversee the organization's budget, and ensure the implementation of internal control procedures for management operations.
  3. In operations, negotiate and ensure compliance with supply conditions for products and services with providers. Promote continuous process improvement, monitor activities, and define indicators to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of services.
  4. In terms of business expansion, analyze the profitability of products and services, propose new lines of activity for investment or disinvestment, and lead the establishment of new centers.

Educational requirements: Master's or postgraduate specialization, preferably an MBA.

Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the social or healthcare sector.
