We are currently looking for our future Sales Manager for our shopping center portfolio in Madrid, referred to as a Leasing Manager within URW.

What will your day-to-day life be like?

Within a team of 8 and reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for one of URW’s assets in Spain.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiating throughout the process from sourcing to store opening, including renewals, lease terminations, reletting, and development projects.
  2. Developing high-quality relationships with brands, providing excellent service, and maintaining close contact with decision-makers and developers.
  3. Gaining in-depth knowledge of your asset, its KPIs, competition, and customer profile, and staying updated on sector changes and opportunities.
  4. Identifying and sourcing new key or high-potential players, establishing contact, and developing relationships.
  5. Participating in knowledge sharing, including the Commercial Action Plan and budget, sector vision, key players, and strategic planning for your asset and the Spanish portfolio.

Position based in Madrid, Spain.

Qualifications (must-have):

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the commercial sector, ideally in retail or distribution.
  • Strong sensitivity to brands, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in retail or real estate leasing/sales roles.
