About the Role

Have you recently earned your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree? Are you ready to launch your career within a dynamic, international organization? The GXO Graduate Academy, starting in September/October 2024, offers an ideal first step!

As a graduate trainee, you will embark on a 2-year journey alongside fellow trainees. You will work at one of our sites in Spain, in a role that aligns with your interests, potential, and ambitions—such as team lead in operations, engineer at a large site, or project manager. We guarantee rapid professional development and an enriching experience.

Throughout the program, you will participate in leadership training, operational excellence, time management, and more. With hands-on experience and mentoring, you will undergo significant personal growth.

Upon completing the traineeship, we will celebrate your achievement and explore next-step opportunities within GXO, guided by your manager, mentor, and HR team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or nearing graduation if still studying.
• Strong communication skills; ambitious, eager to learn, proactive.
• Fluent in English (Level B2 or C1/C2).
• Available to start in March.
