Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, the Media Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing RedBull paid media strategies across all channels in Spain. This role ensures the brand reaches its audiences effectively and innovatively, driving awareness, relevance, and engagement in line with the business priorities.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Main Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying within FMCG, with experience in Media Agency strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media landscape in Spain.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience with media analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Confident in agency and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with large media budgets and investment strategies.
  • Fluency in media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business, Nielsen, etc.).
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Travel 0-10%
