Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The role involves maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and proactively informing and activating responsible teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

The individual will leverage their expertise in digital marketing to act as a consultant to stakeholders, providing insights into market plans and making strategic connections. Collaboration with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and the rest of the HP Services Delivery Unit is essential to ensure campaigns adhere to global standards and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer campaign strategies across channels and functions, connecting internal customers with DU teams, and providing consultancy at specific service levels.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or technical studies with proven business acumen.
  • Experience in project management, client/account management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, connecting different teams effectively.
  • Client management skills and incident de-escalation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus.

Desired skills:

  • Keen eye for detail, pride in work, and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working independently and translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role is entirely conducted in English across global markets.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple fast-paced projects.

This is a permanent contract position, with options for training, certifications, and home office.
