Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition & Development Senior Specialist will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, learning, and development, supporting teams across multiple countries. This role involves designing and implementing impactful development programs that enhance capabilities and align talent with the business strategy. With solid experience in both recruitment and talent development, this person will lead learning initiatives with a global mindset and local adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment processes for key and strategic international roles.
- Support managers in defining and fulfilling talent needs.
- Contribute to employer branding and proactive sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure an excellent and consistent candidate experience across all regions.
Learning & Development
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs tailored to diverse audiences, cultures, and markets.
- Identify global and local learning needs, proposing aligned and impactful solutions.
- Manage training subsidies and reporting through FUNDAE in Spain.
- Coordinate with external training providers, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
- Implement active learning methodologies (in-person, online, blended).
Talent Management
- Support global performance and potential assessment processes.
- Design and implement programs for leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, and upskilling.
- Promote knowledge sharing and a continuous learning culture.
- Contribute to the design and monitoring of career paths, internal mobility, and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, learning, and development, preferably in multinational environments.
- Poses proven experience in designing and delivering training.
- Know the Spanish training subsidy system (FUNDAE).
- Speak fluent English. other languages are a plus.
- Poses organizational skills, results orientation, and intercultural sensitivity.
- Communicate excellently, establish solid relashipships.
