Job Description : You will :

• Have an impact on our product, enabling digital transformation for well-known companies and startups. You will guide discovery and experience segmentation for cloud metrics & logs.
• Ensure our product delivers meaningful insights, helping customers navigate complex cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions within Dynatrace's cloud observability offerings.
• Collaborate on integrating our product with cloud technologies, focusing on scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Work with an international team based in Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a product company.
• Strong experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certification as AWS Solution Architect (Associate & Professional) or equivalent, or relevant cloud knowledge.
• Excellent mentoring and technical leadership skills.
• Understanding of DevOps and SRE principles; experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, DataDog, etc.) and cloud platform monitoring solutions.
• Passion for cloud observability solutions.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, and Bash for code reviews and integration quality assurance.
