Purpose:
Reporting to the Rewards & People Services Manager, this role will be responsible for implementing the Company's compensation processes (fixed, variable, and benefits) in line with the annual planning. The goal is to align the interests of the Company and its employees, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities

Implement annual compensation-related processes (Merit, Bonus, etc.).

Conduct market analysis and assess internal and external pay equity, proposing short-, medium-, and long-term measures.

Manage and administer the various benefits offered by the organization, leading relationships and negotiations with different providers.

Support the monitoring of variable compensation schemes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the company's strategy.

Ensure regulatory compliance, as well as adherence to internal company policies.

Collaborate closely with other departments (HRBPs, Talent, etc.) in managing relevant projects or initiatives requiring compensation expertise.

Address and resolve questions and issues related to compensation.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Strong technical knowledge in Compensation and Benefits

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles

Knowledge of laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

Fluent in English, as communication with the corporate team is required

Experience with Workday and SAS is highly valued. Expert-level Excel skills.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and work in dynamic environments.
