Scope & Responsibilities

We are currently focused on the Self-Service or Unattended business, such as vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations, etc. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to source electronic and industrial components from international suppliers, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  3. Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues.
  4. Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new suppliers.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align procurement with business goals and production schedules.
  6. Oversee logistics and transportation, coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize costs.
  7. Monitor market trends for process improvements and cost savings.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years in supply chain management, preferably in electronics or fintech. Proven experience negotiating with international suppliers, especially in China. Strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English, with Chinese skills highly regarded. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and lead a team.
