Userguest is a Venture Capital-backed company providing innovative solutions to independent, boutique, hotel groups, and hotel chains. Our software helps hotels improve website performance and increase bookings. As we grow, we are seeking an ideal candidate to join our Account Management team, based in EMEA. The candidate should have experience in hospitality, account management, and search engine marketing (SEM), including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

We are currently looking for a SEM Account Manager to work on exciting new projects. Responsibilities include:

  1. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationships.
  2. Managing Google Ads campaigns for clients.
  3. Optimizing existing accounts and implementing SEM best practices.
  4. Running Facebook paid campaigns based on customer needs and strategies.
  5. Setting up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers.
  6. Proficiently setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google Ads and Facebook.
  7. Delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, following company guidelines and best practices.
  8. Acting as the main point of contact throughout customer engagement.
  9. Identifying customer challenges and suggesting better solutions.
  10. Serving as a trusted advisor and partner to customers.

Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Technical understanding of e-commerce concepts such as tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in hospitality technology and marketing is essential.
  • Experience running Google Ads and Facebook campaigns is a must.
