- Provide top-notch support to C2C customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with customers to identify effective solutions
- Brainstorm with colleagues to enhance the Customer Experience
- Handle troubleshooting, innovation, and change management daily

Job requirements

- Native German and C1 level in English
- Customer service is second nature to you, prior experience in the field is an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills that facilitate meaningful interactions
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges effectively
- Ability to think outside the box and consistently deliver customer solutions
- Proficient with computers and possess lightning-fast typing skills
