Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of new restaurant openings, renovations, and maintenance projects across Spain.
This role is key to supporting the growth of current and future F&B brands within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills , deep knowledge of the restaurant industry , and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Execution & Construction Oversight
Lead end-to-end construction projects for new restaurant openings and refurbishments.
Coordinate with architecture firms, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee activity permits, licenses, and compliance with local regulations.
Supervise on-site execution and resolve construction-related issues.
Budget & Timeline Management
Manage project budgets (CapEx and maintenance), ensuring cost control and reporting deviations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between local teams, external vendors, and the Dubai HQ.
Collaborate closely with the architecture agency and internal operations teams.
Report regularly to the Regional Project Manager and Country Manager.
Facilities & Maintenance
Implement preventive maintenance plans for existing stores (HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing, etc.).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Market Adaptation & Cultural Fit
Adapt project strategies to local market needs and cultural nuances.
Build strong relationships with local authorities and suppliers.
Embrace a startup mindset and contribute to building a scalable expansion model.
Requirements :
Proven experience managing F&B or restaurant construction projects in Spain is a must.
Strong knowledge of local permitting and licensing processes.
Fluent in Spanish and English .
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
Experience working with or for real estate consultancies with F&B / restaurant clients is a plus.

Annual Gross Salary : €50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
