Role Description :

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial efforts in the yachting industry. You will develop new business, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue across the Levante and Catalonia regions.

As a Sales Manager, you will identify prospects, present solutions, and close deals aligned with Nautipaints’ standards. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from outreach to post-sale follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

You will work within an international, collaborative sales team, alongside account managers and sales executives, to achieve growth targets.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Identify new potential clients through cold calling
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Organize and conduct sales appointments
  • Establish and maintain effective internal and external relations
  • Build and sustain client relationships
  • Drive sales and identify growth opportunities

Necessary experience & qualifications :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach
  • Proven lead generation and direct sales experience
  • Familiarity with the yacht industry is highly desirable
  • Experience in client-facing roles within maritime sectors
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to attend client meetings and industry events
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is advantageous
