In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units :
- Supply : deals with boat owners and ensures the boats available on our platform generate revenue with high-quality service.
- Sales : manages several markets with tenants, supporting them throughout the booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
- Customer Care : acts as the point of contact after a booking is closed, linking boat owners and tenants.
You will join the Sales team, consisting of about 30 people, with seasonal employees during summer.
- Missions :
- Serve our Italian and international clients by understanding their needs and advising them to secure their perfect boat;
- Maximize conversion rates by applying sales strategies and guiding clients through the booking process to closing, providing all necessary information;
- Seek the best matching offers for clients and negotiate favorable rates with international owners;
- Ensure full client satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
You will have a monthly sales target with an associated bonus.
To enhance reactivity and customer satisfaction, work on Saturdays is customary.
You will need to work at least one Saturday per month, with a planned day off afterward to ensure two days off per week.

Preferred candidates are fluent in English and native in Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
