Offer Description
Mission: Research support in fire risk analysis.
Functions to be developed:
- Carry out risk analysis in industrial environments.
- Analyze risk in urban-forest and industrial-forest interface environments.
- Study the effects and consequences of fires.
- Manage software: FDS (FDS Level Set), Pyrosim, Pathfinder, QGIS, Farsite / FlamMap, Python.
Specific Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Knowledge of forest fire behavior.
- Fire and evacuation simulation skills.
- Complementary training in fire safety, process safety, maintenance, and reliability is valued.
Professional Experience:
- Process safety engineering: HAZOP, Failure Mode Analysis, reliability.
- Experience in similar functions, especially in research development within university and industrial environments, is valued.
