Lean Consultant [Remote - Spain]

Tasks

You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them to develop flawless execution plans. You will provide actionable solutions that deliver measurable results at the highest levels.

If you're more comfortable with theoretical discussions than hands-on execution, this role may not be suitable for you.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Lean Consultant with a strong background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting, who has a proven track record of delivering results, not just creating presentations. You should thrive in high-pressure environments and have experience in hands-on roles such as process engineering, operations management, or manufacturing.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience implementing large-scale process improvements in challenging industrial settings
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively articulate complex concepts
• A systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords
• The ability to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change despite resistance
• Composure and effectiveness when dealing with tough stakeholders
• Experience in high-accountability, fast-paced environments like manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations
• Experience in Lean or OKR consulting with a focus on delivering tangible results
• A team-oriented mindset that values collective success
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French and German are a plus
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate soon
