QA Engineer with Developer Growth Path

Skill Set :

• Passionate about testing and development practices, with problem-solving skills and a 'build and break' mindset.
• Experience designing and developing automation scripts (Cypress, Selenium, Postman).
• Interest in expanding into development roles and familiarity with software development practices.
• Ability to set up testing environments from scratch, with solid CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of load/performance testing and experience or interest in building applications with .NET Core and Angular.
• Nice to have: security testing experience, application security, cloud systems (Azure), Docker, microservices testing, or developer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality software.
• Develop and manage automation processes, including scripts and tools, with potential to transition into development roles.
• Conduct functional and performance testing, identify defects, and collaborate on resolutions.
• Work with tools like Cypress, Postman, JMeter, and expand into Angular and .NET Core development.
• Support and drive technical vision and strategy within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product needs.
• Provide feedback to improve product features.
• Automate tests within deployment processes, applying quality principles across the Agile lifecycle.
