Role Overview

The Credit & Collection Specialist is responsible for the timely collection of open invoices for our European entities. This position reports to the Manager of Credit and Collections, is part of the finance department, and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts in the assigned collection portfolio to ensure timely payments, focusing on targets such as Cash Received, DSO, Dispute resolution, and Bad Debts, while logging all relevant data daily in Trust-It.
  • Engage proactively with customers and internal stakeholders via calls to facilitate collections, support cross-functional communication, reduce order backlogs, and improve working capital.
  • Communicate completed tasks to the Manager of Credit & Collections with fact-based data to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language among French or Spanish.
  • Secondary vocational education in Finance or Business, plus at least 2 years of experience in Credit & Collections.
  • Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving cash flow—result-oriented.
