A Strategic Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and insights to help the organization achieve its strategic goals.

What you do

Strategic Analysis and Planning : Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop strategic plans to guide the organization towards achieving its objectives.

Project Management : Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations that align with the organization's strategic vision.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics to support decision-making processes. Develop models and simulations to predict outcomes and assess the impact of strategic decisions.

Performance Monitoring : Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives. Regularly report on progress and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Change Management : Support the organization in navigating changes associated with new strategic initiatives. Develop change management plans and facilitate communication to ensure smooth transitions.

Industry Expertise : Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and insights. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Innovation and Improvement : Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization. Encourage a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in strategic consulting or a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
