Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Aviation Marketing Commercial Director based in Valencia. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing commercial operations, and conducting business planning. The Director will oversee team management, drive sales initiatives, and perform analytical tasks to support business growth. Additionally, the role includes collaborating clients to ensure successful marketing campaigns and commercial strategies.

  • Strategic Leadership : Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the aviation industry.
  • People Management & Influence : Strong leadership skills to manage teams and effectively influence clients by understanding pain points and presenting compelling value propositions.
  • Marketing Campaign Expertise : Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, ClickFunnels , and similar platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to track, analyze, and manage performance indicators to drive measurable business growth and campaign success.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth : Expertise in driving revenue through targeted commercial strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving : Strong ability to assess market trends, evaluate competition, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Communication & Negotiation : Exceptional ability to convey marketing strategies, negotiate deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing or aviation
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and optimize marketing investments for maximum ROI.
