At Iberostar Group we are looking for a Global Brand Experience Director to join our Global Brand team based in Palma de Mallorca. We are operating in 35 countries and our headquarters is based in Palma de Mallorca.
The Director, Global Brand Experience for Iberostar Beach Front Resorts is responsible for shaping and elevating the global brand experience strategy, ensuring its consistency, relevance, and growth across all touchpoints and brands comprising the Beach Resort portfolio. This role participates in the definition of all aspects of Iberostar Beach Front Resorts’ three brands’ guest experience, from the physical product to service culture, and brand defining programming to drive brand desirability, awareness, and commercial success.
Reporting to the VP of Brand Experience and Hotel Marketing, the Global Brand Experience Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Insights, Guest Experience, Product Design, Brand Design, Operations, Human Resources, and Development, to reinforce Iberostar Beach Front Resorts’ Brand Promise and Personality.
Brand Experience Strategy & Development :
Executes the global brand experience strategy, ensuring alignment with each brand’s DNA and long-term vision.
In partnership with CX, monitor brand health from NPS to guest experience positive and negative drivers, awareness and more, adjusting brand experience strategies as needed for growth and impact.
Monitor leisure hospitality trends and competitive landscape across segments to drive brand differentiation and innovation.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards :
In close collaboration with the Guest Experience Team, the Brand Experience Director is responsible for the development and implementation of brand standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all properties.
Partner with guest experience, operations, sustainability, and design teams to bring the Iberostar Beach Front Resorts’ portfolio of brands to life through service touchpoints, architecture, interior design, programming, and cultural storytelling across the entire customer journey.
Drive initiatives that enhance personalization, emotional engagement, and brand loyalty.
Work closely with the regional hotel marketing teams to support the property pull through and regionalization of global brand experience initiatives.
Employee Brand Culture :
Partner with Human Resources to build global employee brand awareness, engagement and culture across regions and employee seniority by developing a holistic strategy and creating turnkey tools and resources.
In close collaboration with Regional Hotel Marketing, support the execution of regional Employee Brand Culture initiatives.
Business & Commercial Impact :
Work closely with the regional hotel marketing and commercial teams to ensure brand initiatives drive increased visibility, brand recognition, guest engagement & satisfaction.
Partner with development and pre-opening teams to support brand expansion, ensuring new properties align with the Iberostar Beach Front Resort Brands’ promise and standards.
Where needed, support the Regional Hotel Marketing Teams in developing briefs and design narratives for new builds, conversions and renovation projects.
Support the Brand Comms & Partnership team in the definition of the on-property guest experience of global partnerships to ensure they truly reflect each brand’s personality.
The ideal candidate for this position brings excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand vision into tangible business results.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Communications or similar.
Valuable Masters Degree in Brand Experience, NeuroMarketing or similar.
7+ years of international experience in brand management, hospitality, or high touch service industries. Proven track record in building and evolving brands with a global footprint.
Experience in building brand programming and experiences in-house, as well as managing creative agencies, brand partnerships, and guest experience initiatives.
High level of spoken and written Spanish and English is a must (Advanced level B2+ / C1).
