About the Role

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll be the go-to consultant for new clients, helping them create and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. Your expertise will directly impact their business growth while working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant to onboard new clients and develop PPC advertising campaigns
• Analyze client needs and objectives to create customized marketing solutions
• Provide strategic recommendations to increase ad performance and return on investment
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer investment
• Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone
• Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English skills
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising
• Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively consult with clients
• Good analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide insights
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-changing environment
• Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
