Responsibilities

• Assess financial, operational, and legal risks; develop strategies for prevention, detection, and response.
• Provide regular reports on compliance measures across European and African divisions.
• Maintain and update the compliance risk map.
• Develop and manage the organization’s compliance program and Ethics and Compliance Committee’s agenda.
• Manage whistleblowing channels and support investigations related to non-compliance.
• Lead compliance projects, including those on Competition Law and Data Protection.
• Implement and oversee compliance policies and standards in Europe and Africa.
• Design and deliver training to promote a culture of compliance.
• Collaborate with the Head Office Compliance Manager.
• Review data processing agreements, draft data protection clauses, and assess data retention policies.
