Program Manager

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for a Program Manager to join our engineering team and work with an important automotive client located in Segovia, Spain.

Main functions to develop:

1. Project Coordination
2. Budget Management
3. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
4. Serving as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
5. Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards
6. Leading and supporting project teams, fostering collaboration, and clarifying roles and responsibilities
7. Analyzing project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive sector, working with American and German automotive customers
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Availability to travel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
