About the role

Our New Business Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Account Executives are an elite group of salespeople with strengths covering the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to acquisition and activation. They own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach and use their expertise to grow our customer base rapidly.

We’re seeking an Account Executive to provide an excellent experience for our customers. Someone who can effectively identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the funnel—owning closing and end-to-end activation. What you’ll be doing

  1. Outreaching prospects across multiple touchpoints and channels, emphasizing cold-calling.
  2. Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospects, and maintaining consistent activity levels.
  3. Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience, from onboarding to daily usage.
  5. Managing your time effectively to balance prospecting, closing, upselling, activating internal resources, and engaging your team.
  6. Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate our value proposition.
  7. Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies.

What you'll need

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English.
  • At least 1 year of demonstrable commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in written outreach (email, LinkedIn).
  • A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Curiosity and a quick, data-oriented learner’s attitude, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM tasks.

  • A degree in finance or a business-related field.
  • An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • Comfort in complex selling environments with decision-makers at various levels.
