We are looking:

A hands-on HR Generalist who’s passionate about recruitment, onboarding, and people operations. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle- from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding - and general people support.

You’re not just good with people - you’re also highly organized, proactive, and curious about how to make HR smarter, more human, and more effective.

Get ready to:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple teams (tech, product, marketing).
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and ensure compliance with local labor law.
  • Coordinate and support new hire onboarding - making the first days smooth and welcoming.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Screen CVs, run interviews, and assess candidates for role fit and culture add.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Ensure all people-related documentation is accurate, well-organized, and GDPR-compliant.
  • Support broader people ops initiatives (internal policies, events, process improvements).
  • Collaborate with team leads and founders to continuously improve our people experience.

We expect you to:

  • ~2 years of experience in recruiting or HR (in a startup, agency, or corporate setting).
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and basic HR administration.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, both spoken and written. Lithuanian is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple open roles.
  • Experience or familiarity with Spanish labor law and contract management.
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to optimize how we hire, onboard, and care for our people.
  • Bonus: interest in digital products, wellness, or AI trends.

*Not sure you meet 100% of the requirements? No problem - we’d still love to hear from you.

Our Benefits & Perks

  • Birthday Surprise: We celebrate your birthday with thoughtful gifts to make your day a little extra special.
  • Work-from-Home Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid setup - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
