Our Life Science Finished Goods team enables our customers and their consumers to experience innovative, high-performing, and clinically proven finished products, uniquely designed and customized for the Beauty and premium skincare markets. As a project manager and key business member of our Finished Goods team, this role collaborates across external customers and internal resources to plan, lead, drive, and execute customer-focused projects, on time and on budget. Managing fast-moving new-to-market products requires effective communication across a matrix of teams, ownership of positive business outcomes, leadership during uncertainty, and collaboration across technical, manufacturing, and commercial teams. Your hands-on experience with formal project management tools, combined with practical problem-solving skills, will help ensure these new formulations in final packaging delight end consumers.

What You'll Do :

• Lead "matrix" project teams responsible for project results and adherence to work processes, focusing on personal care finished goods projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams (Technical, R&D, Operations, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, etc.).
• Understand and consider the value proposition of each project for both the customer and end consumer to inform quality, scope, schedule, and cost planning.
• Develop detailed project work plans and timelines, considering resources and external constraints, negotiating with resource managers, and resolving limitations.
• Prepare and maintain risk assessments with contingency plans to minimize unforeseen events, using stakeholder and change management practices.
• Make independent decisions and manage influence appropriately.
• Communicate project status, milestones, schedule, and budget updates to business leadership regularly.
• Maintain and improve tools and processes for project execution.

Skills That Make a Difference :

• Minimum 2 years managing multiple fast-paced projects from inception to commercialization.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a global matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).
• Proficiency with project management software like Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on approach focused on execution and results, with respect for interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledge of consumer packaging is highly desirable.
