Manage and establish relationships with key platform partners (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).
Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Build reports and dashboards to share campaign insights and guide decisions.
Be a true owner of paid media performance with a growth mindset.
Work hand-in-hand with the SEO Manager to ensure paid and organic strategies are aligned, sharing insights and coordinating joint initiatives where relevant.
Build business cases to support budget increases and growth initiatives, based on solid performance analysis.
Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and CPA optimizations to senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders.
Collaborate with local marketing specialists to adapt creative and messaging by country and provide feedback.
Coordinate with brand, social media, design, and CRM teams to ensure full-funnel optimization and support their needs.
Align paid strategies with broader marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
Share performance feedback on creative assets and landing pages to continuously improve conversion.
