Databricks Enablement Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a Databricks-focused Enablement Engineer who thrives at the cutting edge of data engineering and platform innovation. You won’t be building the final product, but you’ll be the spark that helps teams deliver smarter, faster, and with confidence. Working across modern data platforms like Databricks, you’ll prototype, guide, and unblock delivery teams with the technical insight they need to win.

What You'll Do :

• Evaluate and prototype advanced features in Databricks , unlocking new capabilities for project teams
• Deep dive into platform functionality to assess pros, cons, and real-world fit
• Act as an enabler, helping teams adopt and optimize Databricks within complex data ecosystems
• Bridge the gap between engineering and business teams with clarity and influence
• Present solutions to architects, delivery leads, and the Architecture Review Board
• Identify and escalate implementation risks early before they become delivery issues

Security and Administration

• Oversee patching, certificate renewals, and platform administration
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with security best practices

Automation and Process Optimization

• Spot manual inefficiencies across data workflows
• Recommend or implement automation with a clear, value-driven rationale

Client-Focused Approach

• Understand the needs and goals of Retail and Consumer Goods clients
• Deliver tailored enablement strategies that align with real business outcomes
