Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Capital Projects IT Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions for large-scale capital projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with company standards, and play a key role in delivering high-quality IT systems within project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements.
• Ensure all digital systems and scopes comply with company policies, standards, and best practices.
• Act as an advocate for IT infrastructure, driving digital enablement across projects.
• Contribute to cost estimation and scheduling for IT infrastructure scopes.
• Provide regular updates during weekly status meetings and document project phases (e.g., Basis of Design).
• Oversee construction activities related to IT infrastructure, including walkdowns and compliance sign-offs.
• Manage hardware inventory and support the configuration and installation of shop floor hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with partners on audio-visual and security scopes of the project.

Profile / Requirements

Knowledge & Experience :

• Extensive experience in teamwork and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with the physical implementation of IT infrastructure (network hardware, server hardware, telecom rooms, cabling, etc.).
• Strong understanding of logical networking and virtualized computing infrastructure.

Preferred :

• Experience leading project teams and managing technical projects.
• Familiarity with manufacturing facility construction or process automation infrastructure.

Skills :

• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing and fluent verbal & written English.

Preferred :

• Skills in cost estimation and scheduling.
