Mission

To support the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns by assisting with strategic planning, creative execution, and performance monitoring. Contribute to optimizing brand activations and influencer collaborations, enhancing campaign effectiveness through diligent and proactive support.

Job Functions

• Receive briefings and collaborate with the team on influencer campaigns and activations, proposing creative and strategic responses.
• Select profiles, create content calendars, validate content, monitor daily campaign performance, and make necessary edits.
• Attend events and activations, providing support to profiles and brands as an Influencer Marketing agency.
• Work closely with the booking and data teams to negotiate, apply trends / insights, and generate post-campaign reports.
• Gather results from influencers, develop insights and opportunities, and work with the data team to add social listening insights beneficial for campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 0.5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
• Motivated learner with a growth mindset.
• Location : Madrid. 3 days in-office and 2 remote.
• International company environment.
