Senior Agile Product Manager f/m/d

Job description

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Convert ideas and feature requests into Product Roadmap
2. Gather, manage, delegate, and prioritize the product backlog
3. Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release
4. Identify customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs
5. Advocate on behalf of the customer for the development team
6. Prioritize defects or bugs resolution
7. Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
8. Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
9. Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information
2. Build up the product development in close collaboration with the CPO of the Start Up
3. Experienced in installing agile methodologies to a developer team
4. Experienced in working remotely
5. Experienced in the role of a Senior Product Owner or similar position 3+ years
6. Experience in the Blockchain/dapps
7. Competent in defining a clear roadmap and follow it till updates deliveries
8. Ability to work with UX/UI
9. Demonstrable interest in Ethereum / the cryptocurrency space
10. Experience with network and concurrent programming or distributed systems
11. Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives
12. Energetic, proactive, highly motivated attitude with an inquiring mind and passion for excellence
13. Strong written and verbal communication in English
