What you can expect from us :

• As Head of Department, you will assume disciplinary responsibility and technical management of the Support & Operations department, consisting of the #SOS, #SOT, #SOO, and #SOLM teams
• Responsibility for the further development of the department, especially for organizing customer support, customer training, and the operation of our customer systems
• Coordination of cooperation between development, our customers, and other departments
• In cooperation with the S&O teams of sister companies, develop and operate a global Support & Operations service
• Act as an escalation level for complex issues and for deciding on further courses of action
• Responsible for personnel management, including goal-oriented leadership and development of employees

What you bring with you :

• Successfully completed a technical degree (computer science, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field)
• Several years of management experience in IT support, with confident and assertive presence
• Organized, skilled in coordination and communication, with a service-oriented mentality
• A strong desire to create and improve continuously
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Excellent command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
