Job Description

A Medical Director is needed to join a well-established group that is expanding rapidly in Westbank, Louisiana.

Details:

1. Permanent, full-time position
2. Shift is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
3. Outpatient setting
4. 80% clinical, 20% administrative
5. Supervise, performance manage, and train Primary Care Physicians
6. Oversee up to 12 direct reports
7. EMR: Own proprietary system similar to Epic/Allscripts

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
2. Current Louisiana medical license
3. BLS certification
4. Active DEA license
5. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required; 5 years preferred
