The main role of this person will be supporting the Learning team by scheduling, enrolling, and tracking strategic training globally in our internal learning management system (LMS SuccessFactors).
The Training Coordinator will manage and administer the SuccessFactors LMS for various initiatives, ensuring system functionality, managing course content, and providing a seamless learning experience for users.
Content Management:
• Assist in creating and preparing learning resources in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) for the LMS.
• Upload, test, and manage learning content and educational materials within the LMS.
• Ensure all content is accessible, properly categorized, and provides a seamless learning experience.
Strategic Training Deployment in the LMS:
• Collaborate with instructors, trainers, and SMEs to implement learning initiatives in the LMS.
• Coordinate course scheduling and enrollment globally, ensuring efficient planning and communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with the SuccessFactors IT team.
Data Reporting:
• Generate and distribute reports on course participation, completion rates, and key training metrics using LMS Reporting and Analytics tools.
Key competencies and skills:
• Strong understanding of LMS SuccessFactors and the training process.
• Analytical skills, systems thinking, and proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• A test-and-learn mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer focus.
Related experience:
Experience as a learning system administrator, or in technical, IT, or compliance training coordination.
