Place / Unit of assignment:

The Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT) is a CERCA centre, accredited as a Health Research Institute by the ISCIII, conducting biomedical and hospital research aimed at social and economic growth. The candidate will join the Infections and Immunology Area, working on a project to clinically validate a non-invasive respiratory muscle stimulator through two clinical trials. Responsibilities include patient inclusion, data collection, analysis, and scientific publication collaboration.

Functions to develop:

• Patient inclusion in clinical trials
• Execution of research protocols
• Clinical data collection
• Results analysis
• Scientific publication collaboration

Requirements:

University degree in Medicine, Nursing, or Physiotherapy.

Valued qualifications:

• Relevant CV and profile fit
• Healthcare sector experience
• Experience with critical patients and clinical trials
• Skills: critical thinking, self-learning, teamwork, communication, rigor
• English proficiency

Offer:

Temporary employment under Law 17/2022, for project CPP2023-010467, funded by MCIN / AEI / FEDER, EU. The project involves clinical validation of Heecap, a non-invasive electrostimulation system for respiratory muscles in ventilated patients.

Selection process:

Includes curriculum assessment, personal or management interview, psychotechnical test, and possibly additional competency tests. The process may be shortened based on candidate suitability.
