Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop industry and market expertise through project participation to provide benchmarking insights to clients.
  • Understand sector and industry trends to contribute to business objectives with tailored products and services.
  • Analyze, estimate, and prepare proposals supporting the sales team.
  • Coordinate with other service lines or specialists when necessary to enhance client advisory.
  • Implement mechanisms to identify and mitigate commercial risks during presales.
  • Assess risks prior to project initiation and communicate findings to Operations.
  • Participate directly in delivering complex and risky projects in collaboration with Operations.
  • Innovate by developing new methodologies within their domain to improve team outcomes.
  • Establish and execute communication strategies to align team objectives.
  • Manage team talent development, utilizing tools for effective personnel and organizational management.
  • Conduct logical analysis, problem identification, and data interpretation to support team coordination and obstacle resolution.
  • Motivate and support team members to foster commitment and achievement of objectives.

Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of platform functionalities, development, organization, time management, and methodologies.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and internal client workflows.
  • Proficiency with core application technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.
