Rondo Energy's mission is to eliminate 15% of global CO2 emissions in 15 years.

To accomplish this mission, Rondo is deploying low-cost, zero-carbon Rondo Heat Batteries to accelerate renewable energy deployment and decarbonize industrial processes. Our Heat Batteries charge from intermittent renewables to provide high-temperature, continuous heat with 98% efficiency at a lower cost than other methods.

We seek an experienced, customer-centric planning professional to support scheduling and project controls across Rondo's projects, collaborating organization-wide to create a unified schedule.

What You Will Do

• Lead corporate-wide scheduling efforts, implementing Oracle Primavera Cloud as our project management tool.
• Develop strategic schedule templates for various business processes.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate across teams to facilitate planning and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Implement project controls to monitor progress, assess risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Work with contractors to integrate schedules and monitor performance.
• Coordinate supply chain planning to support project needs.
• Lead process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
• Engage stakeholders for approvals and communicate schedule updates.
• Provide regular project progress reports, highlighting milestones, variances, risks, and resource utilization.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in production planning or scheduling, with preference for global project management experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, MPM, PSP, or similar are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Primavera Cloud, P6, and other project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with large, integrated infrastructure projects.
• Experience in initial Primavera Cloud rollout.
