About the Role :
This isn’t your average recruiter gig. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our hiring efforts—leading the charge to find, attract, and hire brilliant minds across physics, engineering, and operations. You’ll work closely with the COO, collaborate across teams, and play a critical role in building the company from the inside out.
You'll be our first dedicated TA hire, and you’ll have full ownership—from hiring strategy to execution. What really matters is your drive, curiosity, and ability to sell the dream to the kind of minds that shape the future.
