Are you interested in joining the Cepat Kredit team? We're currently hiring for the position of Credit Review Associate at our Lucena Branch.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Protect the company from fraudulent accounts through thorough investigations and review of all accounts being processed.
  2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess borrower creditworthiness.
  3. Evaluate the risk profile of borrowers by analyzing income stability, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, collateral, and industry trends.
  4. Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements during credit application reviews.
  5. Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, identifying discrepancies or red flags.
  6. Utilize financial models and tools to assess the viability and profitability of credit proposals and determine suitable loan terms.
  7. Prepare detailed credit review reports summarizing analyses, findings, and recommendations.
  8. Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  9. Conduct external verifications to validate client-provided data in loan applications, employing various methods of validation.
  10. Perform other tasks as endorsed by the department head.

Willingness to undergo training in Ortigas, Pasig City for two weeks is required; expenses for hotel, food, and travel will be covered by the company.

Qualifications for the Credit Review Associate

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Work Experience: 0-6 months related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS applications; willingness to learn other systems used by the company.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
