Your role

• Join the Integrated Health Team, servicing International Organizations, and collaborate with CARE teams globally (Antwerp, Madrid, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Greenock, Nairobi).
• Handle the timely sending of Guarantees of Payments, confirming hospital admissions, treatments, and insured amounts by analyzing medical requests, verifying coverage, and working with care teams.
• Maintain communication with medical providers and insured clients mainly via phone, to gather necessary information.
• Serve as the primary contact for hospitals regarding Guarantee of Payment inquiries.
• Manage all communications in English, both spoken and written, given the international scope of clients and providers.

Your profile

• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with accuracy and independence in work.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under stress.
• Team player with interest or experience in medical environments (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• Availability to work 39 hours / week.
• Willingness to complete a 6-week induction training, including 2 weeks in the office.
• Interest in a hybrid role, working Sundays to Thursdays, from 12 : 15 to 20 : 03.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.
