As a ServiceNow Lead Engineer you strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the ServiceNow platform.
You will lead, implement, develop, and be responsible for IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide, specifically working and taking care of the ESG module.
You will work closely with the Solution Group Owner and responsible Business Solution Expert or IT Solution Expert to assess requirements from a technical perspective
You coordinate and control the development for the area of responsibility at the solution level.
You are responsible for the holistic life cycle : from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation.
You analyze and coordinate the requirements and specifications of the implementation as well as the design of the solution architecture.
You will take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers.
You ensure an efficient support chain.
Your Profile
Desired University degree in IT or similar.
You have already professional experience leading IT projects.
We value experience in ESG module, and other ServiceNow modules.
Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
German language skills are nice to have.

You are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity with process optimization.
