Your mission :

As Global REACH & PS Expert, you will support your Manager for the development and successful implementation of Global REACH & PS strategy in support of business objectives and ensure compliance with the legal requirements of chemical of Biocontrol / pesticide and Bionutrition legislation globally focusing on REACH and Product Safety.

Your responsibilities :

  • Support comprehensive REACH and PS strategy to ensure global compliance of RN raw materials and formulations from the point of view of REACH, GHS, CLP, BPR.
  • Coordinate REACH projects as well as manage document efforts to ensure compliance with European standards (inquiry and registration dossiers, REACH statements, etc.).
  • Responsible for REACH registers in close cooperation with CROs as required (LoAs, characterization tests, elaboration of UICLID dossiers, fees, etc.).
  • Management and maintenance of registers and REACH database.
  • Support peers on CLP daily tasks : SDS and label elaboration, PCNs, classification CLP / GHS of formulations, etc.
  • Responsible for GHS and REACH-like, as well as contact point for ASIA.
  • Support R&D and Operations on raw materials homologation in accordance with the regulations : REACH, CLP / GHS, BPR, ADR.
  • Provide REACH training to peers and junior profiles.
  • Coordinate tasks arising from non-compliance issues identified during audits or product complaints, prepare necessary documents and dossiers for relevant regulatory bodies, and ensure all timelines are met.
  • Support in all REACH activities as needed (new mixes, upgrades, homologation of raw materials, etc.).
  • Support Manager to keep up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Assist internal customers in disseminating REACH and guidelines with appropriate interpretation (Purchasing Department, commercial teams, local regulatory teams, etc.).

The talent we are looking for :

  • 4-5 years of professional experience on REACH, CLP, BPR, ADR, PIC.
  • Knowledge of the framework legislation and rules related to EU Regulation (EC) No 1107 / 2009 and the EU Fertiliser Products Regulation (FPR) would be an asset.
  • Experience with UK REACH and KKDIK.
