Responsibilities

• Prepare and chop ingredients needed for dish preparation.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen and utensils.
• Support the chef in preparing dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Help manage inventory and control food stock.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant in the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge and skills in preparing Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
• Ability to work in a team and follow the chef's or kitchen manager's instructions.
• Skillful handling of kitchen tools and utensils.
• Ability to keep a clean and organized workspace.
