Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts, and residences in 56 countries across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and the Americas. As a hotel owner, operator, and investor, Minor Hotels caters to the needs of today’s global travelers through its diverse portfolio of eight hotel brands: Anantara, Avani, Elewana, NH, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks, and Tivoli. The Minor Europe and Americas region manages more than 350 properties in 30 countries and aims to expand across all segments, focusing on upper-upscale and luxury brands.

Experience

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role is required.

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or Secretarial Studies.

Specific Knowledge

Proficiency in Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams, Microsoft SharePoint.

Languages: Native English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.

Knowledge of SAP is a plus (Handling Purchase Orders & Financial Accounting).

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistance to the Chief:

  • Managing and monitoring agendas.
  • Coordinating and overseeing trips.
  • Expense settlements.
  • Processing split payroll.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and visitor reception.

SAP Tasks:

  • Reviewing SAP inboxes of the Chiefs and following up on approvals.
  • Assisting with invoices: creating and receiving generic Purchase Orders and handling Financial Accounting.

Additional Tasks:

  • Planning, conducting, and following up on meetings.
  • Organizing team meetings and events.
  • Coordinating hotel requests for rooms, meals, accommodations, and gift voucher redemptions.
