What You Will Do
Oversee complete ECU development, ensuring alignment of hardware and software with project planning, regulations, and business logic.
Drive the definition, development, and milestone convergence of new functions (NFL) within the ECU.
Manage hardware development schedules, component strategies (PINOUT, FDSCM, etc.), and industrialization processes.
Lead software development and validation, coordinating both internal teams and external suppliers.
Ensure software quality, compatibility with ECU metrics (ROM, RAM, CPU), and convergence with QCDP standards.
Supervise risk management, supplier deliverables, and deviation acceptability from initial specifications.
Coordinate functional and system validation of complete software, resolving technical issues and ensuring interface integration.
Prepare and support Life Series activities, ensuring long-term sustainability and compliance.

Engineering degree required; Master’s in Automotive, Electronics, or Software Development preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive software; over 5 years preferred.
Fluency in English required, French is a plus.
