The R&R External Account Director is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the successful execution of patient recruitment and retention (R&R) strategies across various therapeutic areas. This role involves engaging with external stakeholders, identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving business growth through strategic account management.
The External Account Director will act as a key liaison between Syneos Health and external clients, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client feedback to enhance recruitment and retention offerings while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
